Seattle Reign Academy is led by Executive Director Amy Griffin, a U.S. Soccer “A” licensed coach and World Cup winner. Seattle Reign Academy is the only youth club in the region led by women.
EXTRAORDINARY COACHING
Great environments start with great coaching. The Seattle Reign Academy coaching slate includes current and former professional female players, as well as coaches who have worked at the D1, professional, and international levels.

Academy players learn from our players and coaches, experience Seattle Reign FC matches, and have a chance to grow their game by being part of a professional environment that demands excellence, rewards talent and tenacity, and nurtures both the person and the player.
First Team TRAINING
Seattle Reign Academy players may receive invitations to train with the first team, providing meaningful experiences for players to test themselves against some of the world’s best female footballers.
ATTEND SEATTLE REIGn FC MATCHES
All Seattle Reign Academy players receive tickets to Seattle Reign FC home matches, providing an opportunity to watch and learn from the best players in the world, including USWNT stars Alana Cook and Sofia Huerta!
LEARN FROM REIGN PLAYERS
Several Seattle Reign FC first team players work as Assistant Coaches in Seattle Reign Academy, giving Academy players a unique opportunity learn from the best.
EXTRAORDINARY CONNECTIONS
Former Reign head coach Vlatko Andonovski, led the U.S. Women’s National Team from 2019-23, while current Seattle Reign FC head coach, Laura Harvey previously led the US U20 YNT, and former Academy technical director Tracey Kevins currently leads the US U20 YNT.
